The building that produces zombies (it's one of the first you can get)

Zombies get stuck inside the building once trained, and no matter what you do, they can't get out.
I've tried starting new matches, demolishing the building... nothing fixes it.

Has nobody run into this problem??

Tho I'm guessing you don't need the info anymore I'll still reply in case someone else got that problem... the zombies movement is kinda bugged.. sometimes they move, most of the time they don't... mod db got an unofficial patch, that one fixes zombie movement and improves balance a bit.

I've tried downloading the patch from multiple sources and I keep getting malware flags on the standard windows defender. Welp, I guess I'll just play the game unpatched and suffer then huh.

After redownloading and checking it with avira it seems to be clean. My Windows defender doesn't say anything to it, maybe you're getting a false positive?

No detection issues there... same file. Not sure what to think lol.
