I still have the original US version CDs, is there any difference in censorship levels between that original release and GOG's? They spend so much time mentioning how it's uncensored that I'm just wondering. Or is this just a case where certain European releases were censored, ala Phantasmagoria 2/I Have No Mouth/etc?

The uncensored version is the US version on GOG. The US version has the Merit logo animation instead of the Virgin Interactive one for the UK/Australia releases :)

The reason we are sort of harping about the whole uncensored bit is because this helps to answer the first question that comes to people's minds whenever we release a game that may have been censored in its heyday :)

Alright, thanks for the very prompt reply! I'll probably still get the GOG version again, just in case something ever happens to my CDs.

We don't have the UK version, just the US version so, yes, you'll be able to download the US version just fine :)

I would like to buy this game, but I want to be sure of something : If I play in French, I play the US "uncensored" version with French voices and subtitles, or the French/UK "censored" version ?

So, to be clear, if I want to play the uncensored version, have I to play in English or in French ?

The French version is always censored and so is the Spanish one. The English version GOG is selling is uncensored.

wich seem to be only in english (voice) despite its advertised having the FRENCH Audio >?!
