When you encounter the Assassin, the card says something to the effect of "At the end of your turn randomly destroy a enemy unit with a power of 3 or less".
I draw two melusine cultist and have the Big Rat card spell (the rat with defender). Additionally, I have the play double spells your first card. Naturally I play melusine cultist for the boost. So, on turn one I spawn four giant rats and my on range row and play melusine cultist.
There should be a 1 in 5 chance of melusine cultist getting killed.
Assassin ends their turn. Melusine gets killed! Must be bad luck.
I draw necromancers tome and play my second melusine cultist. Then spawn two more giant rats. And spawn two more rats. Now I have six 1 power rats and one 3 power melusine cultist all on the same row. There should be a 1 in 7 chance of MC getting killed.
Assassin ends their turn. Melusine cultist gets KILLED AGAIN!
I'm thinking this must be just some bad luck. So I play necromancers tome play my two melusine cultists form the graveyard on range. And then put 2 more big rats out on melee.
Now I have a total of eight 1 power rats and two 3 power cultist on the board. Now it must be a 1 and 10 chance for the cultist to get killed right?

I play rain and boost the rat to my right for 2. I play the panther. Thinking to myself ok I might still have a chance I just need to Mirror Image on my melusine cultists to gain tempo. End my turn rat gets boosted to 2.
Assassin ends their turn. Melusine cultist GETS KILLED AGAIN!
Ok, must just be seriously bad luck. I play Sile De a 3 power card.
Assassin ends their turn. Sile De gets killed.
Next round…
Assassin ends their turn. 2 point rat gets killed.
THEN IT HIT ME. THE WORDING ON THE ASSASSIN CARD IS WRONG! WRONG! YOU MEAN TO KILL A RANDOM UNIT OF A POWER EQUAL TO 3-1 preferring the highest power unit in that range.
WHAT THE HECK GUYS. FIX THE WORDING ON THIS. ALSO WHY ARE THERE SO MANY OTHER WEIRD LITTLE DETAILS WRONG IN THE GAME.
