Hello,

i am bothered by the little green icons and question marks over npc´s heads.
Is there a way to deactivate this? Some ini tweak maybe?
It really destroys the otherwise very good atmosphere of the game for me.

I do not think there is a way to disable those markers.

Your best bet is to research the following mod Grim Internals:

The mod has a lot of features people found lacking in the game but I am not using it so I cannot say if it can help with this. Maybe take a look.
