I was lucky enough to have this cave spawn and almost left after entering and seeing who the boss was. But I gave it a shot and was able to take him out at level11.It was a long battle but I found that he seemed weak to devouring swarm which I had maxed out at the time. Didnt get any great gear though...sigh.
