Tried to install latest patch, get the following.

Same happens when trying a fresh install too.

My error is..

Update already applied. But i never installed this newest 300mb patch..

Yeah the patch 1.0.0.4 Messed up everyones game supposedly. The patch installed itself on my game last night and I couldnt play any of my characters as it would just hang. i started a new char today and its playing fine but I wont use the stash guy since some people say it will crash if you try to access stash. Devs are aware of problem and are looking into it.

fuck... crate is REALLY REALLY inept.

This "file not found" error seems to be quite common and is fixed, according to Crate's own forum, by doing a full reinstall. You'll still need the hotfix after the latest installer, and should probably back up saves to be on the safe side. Worked for me.
