Apparently Gothic 1 runs under Wine.

I have tried the one posted at The Porting Team to no avail that just keeps giving me the error about have you installed the software, yes the software in in there.

Also tried creating my own Wineskin using the instructions there but on running it, it Gothic starts to load then crashes to an access violation error cause by Gothic 1.08k.
