I just bought a new computer and this ran fine on the old one. I have the community patch 1.74 installed. Everything is fine until I actually get into the game. Everything turns black and white and all the text is just blocks. I have 6GB of ram, Intel i3 processor and Intel HD graphics.

I am having the same problem! Its black and white with green and purple edges and blocky txt! Hope someone can help!

You could try the changes to the useroptions.ini file suggested in this thread
