I'm almost out of patience. I managed to run the game, but.. let's say it works awful. Constant stuttering etc. even crashed few times. I'VE NEVER played Gothic, finally I want to redeem myself, but hell no.. The game itself doesn't let me play it. Is there anybody who would have a solution to this? :(

Have you already tried this How-to, assuming you're trying to get it to run on Win10 too?
Should be good for Win7 and 8 as well, come to think of it.

Here's another guide in Polish, although it should essentially come down to the more or less same steps to go through.

But is there a solution that wouldnt require installing anything?

Allegedly it's possible to get it to run without installing the PlayerKit and/or the SystemPack but in those cases I'd wager the corresponding operating system to be WinXP or Vista.
In my experience it's impossible for Gothic and Gothic 2 to run on Win7 and upwards without having (at least) the SystemPack installed.
