When i try to start Gothic 2 under Windows 8, i get the message, that Gothic 2 couldn't get startet... that's all. I tried to reinstall it, but nothing changed. Any suggestions?

please look here, and yes Gothic series needs official GOG updates!

Sorry, but this didn't help anything. My problem is not listed there. If there was a solution on the wikipage, I wouldn't have asked.

I've had no problems with the Gothic games on Windows 8. You could try contacting support to see if they can help narrow down the cause.
