I haven't installed the fan patch but it says "Enhanced edition" and vershion 1.74?
BTW this isn't forsaken gods its the good gothic 3

Yes but 1.74 is older; the latest version is Gothic 3 Patch 1.75.14. You can install this over top of the GOG version.
