Is there any way to rest my party?
Bandages are rare to come by, and some battles are pretty much impossible without enough hit points.

Unfortunately, no. But with clever positioning, properly using the taser (+tranquilizer darts), mastering the flamethrower, saving the ammo for the heavy enemies, teaming on one enemy at once etc. you can make through the battles with minimal injuries.
