Worked fine for me. (Although I had to install one of the mods from the stickied thread to get it to work, but that might not be an OS issue.)

It works absolutely fine on Windows 7 64bit. I get slight flickering on the loading screen with the 3 characters but thats it. Running it in 1920x1080 resolution, looks good for its age.

I would suggest getting the fan patch that updates the textures and lighting, you dont need the GeForce 3 Bump Mapping fix, the updated texture pack has it incorporated.
