PeterC2: All the text I find in the game (save for the menus and objectives) is in Russian. At the Top of the Pause screen is something in Russian; the note of the board with the map, the note on the bench and the one on the crypt are all in Russian. I checked by settings and the language says "EN". Is this a know issue with this game?

SCPM: Yeah, supposedly this is a common enough issue and you have to change the language to Russian, then back to English to fix it:
