i really would like to have a meta game library but i would prefere a functional game launcher over it.

galaxy 2.0 "beta" is a buggy mess, game integration is working poorly (>1k of my gamecollection should be imported - not including xbox so i tested it) you never know which games are not in your list or are imported wrong.
and to make things worse - not even gog games are handled 100% correctly

i know - it's a development in progress, but i can already see parrallels to other launchers that never saw a 100% running version and never will see one.

please make a 100% working GOG launcher instead of a non working buggy mess of a meta launcher.

As (as problematic as this may be in terms of GOGs own goals) the integrations themselves are not part of GOGs official development process, so they theoretically are working 100% on a GOG launcher

Being that the primary marketing campaign directly says that, "All your games and friends in one place." https://www.gogalaxy.com/en/... I like how they take the opportunity to use this for marketing, but then say they are hands off and take no responsibility... I'm telling you, anything starts going wrong and they are going to be liable, I don't care what they put in their TOS.

I am most certainly not happy about how GOG handels all this, I just have my fingers crossed that they plan to resolve this somewhat with the production release of Galaxy 2.0 (= having some sort of vetting process for integrations, granting them "officially approved" labels, having a visible and technical differentiation for unapproved an approved integrations).
