Hello!
I think that the launcher cache should be located in the user profile.
"%ProgramData%\GOG.com\Galaxy\webcache\" -> "%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\GOG Galaxy\Cache\"

In general, I moved the cache and made a symbolic link and everything works.
mklink /d "%ProgramData%\GOG.com\Galaxy\webcache\" "%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\GOG Galaxy\WebCache\"

it works wherever you send it... its just that C drive is the only drive they know for sure your computer system will have and no body at Gog gives a shit about making simple edits to the launcher because its only a beta software
