When launching Galaxy there is a Galaxy Splash screen which fills the vertical space of the desktop.

Dont know if this is intended but it looks weird, like you are expecting desktop resolutions to be bigger.

Click the cogwheel icon in the top left and choose Report Issue. If you can't use that form for some reason, see the I've found an issue in GOG GALAXY, where should I report it? support article for how to submit a bug report manually.

I got the update now and the splash screen is ridiculously large even when it doesn't fill the height of the screen. It may be a bug introduced when they added CAPTCHA to the login screen.
