First time I've had any issue on a game pulling into Galaxy. Anyone else having this issue, any fix?

I have it on Origin Premiere and I just added it manually and linked the executable. Works normally. But yeah it should have linked automatically, it is still somewhat wonky, early days I suppose.

I'm having the same problem. Oddly enough, if I go to the 'Activity' feed I can see an event for having played the game 5 hours and I can click through and launch the game from there.

I also had Terminator Resistance from Steam not showing up, so I added it manually...
and next day it showed up.

So now I have it there twice and I have no idea how to delete the manual entry. Any ideas?
