I participated in the closed beta of Galaxy 2.0. Tested the integrations and absolutely hated it and wasn't too thrilled with the rest of the new client so, I rolled back. Now that I have been forced to upgrade, all of my games are showing up even though I have no integrations setup. It's like there is some leftover configuration from the last install. How do you completely remove these?

I've uninstalled/re-installed
Uninstalled with Revo and deleted every reg key and folder it found. Manually deleted gog fodler in c:\programdata, user profile\appdata\local.

You have to connect with the integration you want to remove. Then you have to disconnect it. It's backwards and the only way it can be done.

Thanks! If there's a cloud/server side piece that stores the information, kind of makes sense. No change in what's stored up there until there is a state change initiated on my end.

What if I can't connect because I don't have an account on that one? Here, I have PSN. Want to remove it. Can't, don't have a PSN account and won't get one JUST TO REMOVE THIS CRAP. Which, by the way, was there on installing Galaxy 2.0 (how can this be if it's very officially (and CYA-cautiously) NOT by CDR?).

And of course it's just the only way CDR gives us (shame on you, you are usually better than that). It's not really "the only way it can be done" in a technical sense.

Thank you! That did it for me!

thanks fam u r a life saver
They really need to give us a way to remove integrations that we've installed from the interface. Ugh!

Apparently, it's not only registered locally on your machine, but also on the server. If you remove it from your local installation manually, it will just sync them back in from the server and actually it breaks them. Ugh.

If you DO want to remove it, you can contact support and have them unregister it from their server. Looks like that is the only way right now.

Search in GOG support for "How to remove my integration data" and in there is a link to request a support ticket where you can ask them to remove the integration to your account.

Not solved. I can´t log in "bethesda launcher" because "As of May 11, 2022, the Bethesda.net launcher is no longer in use." (https://help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/35008). What should i do?

update: this works: contact gog support: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007347597-How-to-remove-my-integration-data?product=gog

Got here for the exact same reason, can't log into Bethesda and want it gone.
This is the reason why I delete gog, this crap keep scanning my 500 games and I have no way to remove them even when am not connected to the launcher integration
Just fired off a support request, hopefully this works.
This is such bullshit why in god's name would they be saving 3ed party library data to their servers in the first place?
If they feel like they absolutely HAVE TO store this data remotely then give me a way to purge said information through my account management interface.

You're literally wasting both my time and the time and resources of you're support staff, but then again no one these days knows how to run a proper business and manage expenses so what else is new...
