When I try to start GOG Galaxy, I get an error message that says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000102). Click OK to close the application."

I'm currently using Windows 10, I didn't have any issues with Galaxy the last time I used it.

Try the following.
1. Uninstall.
2. Install both vc_redist.x86.exe and vc_redist.x64.exe, then restart your system.
3. Reinstall using setup_galaxy_2.0.73.27.exe which is currently the latest full installer. (JSON file that always points to the latest Mac and Windows versions, if anyone comes across this post in the future)

If the problem persists, open a support ticket, and zip up and attach the C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs folder to it.
