Helo,

My game is frozen after the autosave when the captain sails away, then comes an interlude, and from this point nothing happans, the game doesn't respond to anything, I tried all possible keys.


I have made all possible modifications (priority high, screen resolution smaller - good, etc.), that I read on the net, nothing works.

The support dosn't send me any reply :(

Anyone have any ideas?

(let's say I didn't even figure out how to save the game myself)

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.

I already contacted the support, I did everything they asked, but it didn't help

the game is very old and your save file should be at C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\Microids\Syberia3

its been a while and the boat has a few chapers but it sounds like you are at the start of chapter 6

did you walk on the ocean floor? did you find a metal shark? and then you pulled a lever to let the birds out of the boat?

if so you should be at the park + they had a vote and you are the tribes new scout... left and up a bit there is a dark tunnel full of bats

hardware i'd say your gpu should handle the game on 'good' and not 'windowed' but if you have less then 12G Ram it could have just frozen up... my system has 16G and still locks up playing this game after two hours
