I get a popup on launch telling me galaxy can't be launched because it is already running on another account.

But:
1 Galaxy is launching anyway
2 I use only one account

Anyone else with this issue, and a fix maybe?

Why wouldn't it? It launches.

It seems I have the issue only when I login the first time to my Windows session.
