I've been racking my brain for a few years now trying to remember this one game I loved... You were an oil company, you bought oil rigs, bought foriegn oil, and domestic oil, and gas stations. It was text based. It was not Black Gold or some of the others that had good graphics, this was mostly just text based. You could also hot seat it. (If I remember that correctly)
Any ideas?

I remember having an oil game, but I think it was Oil Tycoon or something like that. It had a raised round rubbery feeling logo with the name of the game on the box.
This is not likely the game but you had to lay pipes and such it was a 2D game, but I had fun with it.
There was one called Oil Baron too, but thats not it.
I did a bunch more searching and I 'think' it was called Windfall: The Oil Crisis Game, but I am not positive as I cannot find any screenshots. The only one I could find talked about was for the Apple II, but I thought I played it on a PC. Weird.
Here is the game I had and was thinking of for an oil game. http://pc.gamezone.com/gamesell/p18285.htm
