We have just applied a fix for the security code problem, where upon hitting process my order, the security code field was highlighted as invalid.
Please let us know if it works and allows you further process the payment.
Thanks!

still getting this error when trying to purchase:
"There was a problem processing your payment and you will not be billed at this time. Your order was not cancelled and you can always click on the „Retry payment” button to try again. If after multiple tries you still will not be able to complete this order we recommend contacting your bank."
Same here.
For some users, their bank's fraud monitoring systems have flagged their payment attempts as suspected fraud, probably due to the fact that GOG.com is a new company and based in europe.
Please contact your bank and check this.
Works for me now :)
Devs - I sent an email to support - did you get it?
Having problem now and again that the credit card payment has failed. this seems to happen when i order a couple of gmaes 1 after the other.
Put all the games you want into our shopping cart and then process the cart in one transaction =)
My bank keeps denying any record of any transactions, and they are denying the transaction being blocked. I think GOG needs to fix the problem still.....
well ether that, or someone needs to help me figure out a way to get them to fix the transaction system....
it keeps saying :

Have you got any kind of javascript blocker eg. NOSCRIPT? I recommend turn it off for a test, to see if you can process the transaction to the end.
Here's a short explanation:
In our payment screen, when you have to click process, there's a inlay (I'll check the terminology and edit) which appears, the screen as if darkens to show only the white box in the middle, which then should connect to your bank's 3D secure site, so some kind of flavour of either Verify by Visa or Mastercard Securecode.
By having NOSCRIPT or similar switched on, your bank's special 3D Secure page's javascripts are disabled and this stops you being able to process the transaction further. Then we get a response from the payment system and we show that error message.
I hope that explanation helps somone =)

The latest updates in the payments system should fix your problems, please try again. If you will have any problems paying for your order now, contact our support.
alright, i completely uninstalled noscript (it was disabled before anyway) and i removed no flash, adblock, stuff like that, and i disabled all my other plugins, and i disabled the popup blocker, and it fixed it, and the transaction went through. thanks guys, you may want to put that up on your support site as a known thing to fix it.
Hrm... I tried this using Firefox 3, and still nothing. IE6 doesn't seem to load gog.com properly (EDIT: It didn't at the time I wrote this; but now, shortly afterward, it seems okay - I guess I'll see if it works with IE6!)
Thanks a lot for the suggestions/feedback, though.

I'm having the same problem, when I enter all my data and press the "Process my order" button, a little white pop-up appears on the web but after 2-3 seconds it disappears and I'm back at the payment page without any of the info I typed in the textboxes, so I can't purchase any game, and I'm going to lose the 2x1 promotion :(
I'm using Firefox 3 without any blocking extensions, it doesn't work in IE6, I guess it has to do with my bank and the script this site uses to communicate with it.
Leonsito - please write to the support team about the issues with processing payments. They can help you more personally as we shouldn't discuss those problems on the public forum.
Thanks
having any blocking plugins INSTALLED will prevent gog from working, deactivating them won't work.
