Export: Oh hey, misinformed fanboy!
First of all, even putting pre-orders aside (and much of the pre-launch backlash was people saying they've cancelled their pre-orders, by the way),
it still sold more in its first week than Origins, even on PC. Earlier in May,
it did indeed hit 2 million sales. So just because we're talking about a fantasy RPG, doesn't mean you can live in your own little fantasy world while we discuss real things.
Regarding the "happened exclusively online", neither you or anyone has any way to verify that, so, bullshit, plain and simple.
Regarding the "it was only PC gamers", anyone who spends some time reading boards will quickly realize that's bullshit, console players disliked it as much as PC gamers did.
EA Q4 reports mentions
2M SOLD IN, NOT SOLD THROUGH, MEANING 2M UNITS SHIPPED, NOT SOLD.
Yes, it sold more in its frst week than Origins because PO's count as first week, and i think already covered that one, the bulk of PO's was due to DAO's sucess.
You can keep the fanboy bullshit and the juvenile antics for the BSN kindergarden, this ain't it.
