DCT: Now I had a few games gifted to me by a friend and in the email I got there was no gift redemption code/key just three dashes --- so making it so that I can't redeem the games and add them to my account, I messaged the person who gifted the games and told them to contact support since I wasn't sure if I could do it or not since they got me the games but it's just weird. Has anyone else had this happen?
We are aware of the issue. You should be able to find your gift codes in "My Account" -> "Gifts" section. If you will still have any problems please contact support.
