Abundant Assortment of Amazingly Awesome Activision Amusements Available 50% off

Horror, Historical Strategy, Racing, Action, Simulation, RTS - there is a genre for every gamer this weekend, as we have prepared a selection of 10 Activision games, all 50% off, only on GOG.com.

is a treat for gamers who enjoy horror and/or gore, as the FMV adventure game delivers both a chilling storyline, written by Sierra's Roberta Williams, and very visceral graphics. Discover the secrets of the horrifying house and find out why Phantasmagoria was banned in Australia. [url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/phantasmagoria_2]Phantasmagoria 2: A Puzzle of Flesh was released a year later with a completely new storyline but shared the same controversy because of its violent content and themes. Phantasmagoria and Phantasmagoria 2 still remain very good point-and-clicks with interesting storylines, challenging puzzles, and live actors.

Dark Reign + Expansion is a 3D RTS that narrowly beat Total Annihilation as the first game of its type to incorporate 3D movement and positioning, which increases the strategic advantage of hills and mountains. This game, taking place during a colossal war between the Imperium and Freedom Guard, will surprise you with its superior artificial intelligence and battle realism. Dark Reign 2 is a sequel that definitely rose to the challenge of matching its predecessor’s high standards with improved graphics, 20 challenging missions, and battles taking place on land, at sea, and in the air, Dark Reign 2 will deliver hours of satisfying RTS-ing. Only this weekend, you can get Dark Reign+ Expansion for $4.99 and Dark Reign 2 for only $2.99.

Call to Power 2 is a turn-based strategy game and the sequel to Civilization: Call to Power. The game offers sophisticated diplomatic, economic, and warfare systems portrayed over 6000 years of gameplay, from 4,000 BC settlers to futuristic society of 2300. Blast your enemies’ musketeers with fusion-powered tanks for only $2.99 on GOG.com.

Betrayal at Krondor pack includes two games: Betrayal at Krondor and Betrayal in Antara. Based upon Raymond E. Feist's Riftwar saga, Betrayal at Krondor is one of the greatest and most memorable RPG titles ever made. Take Gorath, hero of the Riftwar, to Krondor where you'll have to think of a plan to stop the moredhel leader Delekhan. After you’re done, return to Krondor in Return to Krondor for yet another RPG adventure for only $2.99.

Police Quest: SWAT 1+2 is a set that includes Darryl F. Gates’ Police Quest: SWAT and Police Quest: SWAT 2. SWAT 1 is an FMV tactical simulator that follows police procedures and protocols and SWAT 2 is an isometric tactical strategy that simulates real-life SWAT missions and allows playing a whole campaign as terrorists. SWAT 3: Tactical Game of the Year Edition is not a traditional sequel, because it offers a completely new experience with 3D graphics, first-person perspective, authentic SWAT tactics, gear, and weapons in 27 missions. SWAT 3: GOTY and Police Quest: SWAT 1+2 are available this weekend only on GOG.com for $4.99 each.

Finally, Interstate ‘76 is aimed at speed-enthusiasts, gun-enthusiasts, or generally fun-enthusiasts. Get funked up (with the original funky disco soundtrack) in this incredible racer-shooter. Until Monday you will have to pay only $2.99 for this incredible car combat game.

Good promo although i have all the ones i want already but good deal for anyone wanting to pick up a game or 3
Blarg. The couple Activision games I want (Arcanum and Vampire) are of course not featured.
Those Krondor games are very tempting.
Non of games on promo are on my Wishlist (althought 2 I already own) - will think about Return to Krondor.

Oh, yes, the fabled Phantasmagoria acting... Bringing humour into the darkest horror tales.
I'd like to hear some thoughts on Return to Krondor, too. The graphics don't seem to have aged well, but is it worth playing nevertheless? Is the story your average fantasy plot or something more gripping? Does it involve personal motivations for the PCs (other than just playing hero)? I read the combat system was particularly good, do you agree and why? Is it recommended to play the other Krondor games first or is the order in which to play them irrelevant (I already have the Krondor pack but didn't play it yet)?
Darn it, I told myself "no more game purchases for a while", and now I bought the Krondor games :(
Interstate'76 is the only promo game I don't have from GOG already, and I have that on CD too... and have already finished it before... So maybe I'll give it a miss, especially as I76 is often used as an example of the more problematic GOG games compatibility-wise.

But it seems to have the expansion pack, I haven't played that, so maybe...
I HEARD that, CURTIS.

I still think Phantasmagoria 1 is ridiculously overpriced. :(
Looks like the perfect time to get Betrayal at Krondor. Been wanting that for ages. Not so sure about the others, at the moment.
Sorry for the Offtopic but:

Trading an unused code of GUILTY GEAR X2 #RELOAD for a code of Return to Krondor that's 3 Dollars right now

Let me know if you are interested!
PHANTASMAGORIA! A PUZZLE OF FLESH! I might just get it.
BTW - how scary are Phantasmagoria 1 & 2? More than GK2?
Lovely lovely promo again GOG
