Yesterday, I submitted 2 reviews. The first, for Omerta, went in fine and showed up immediately. The second, for Hotline Miami, I submitted *after* I created a GOG Mix that featured it (so it was already "rated" by me prior to reviewing it). This morning I submitted another review from my mix list (Litil Divil).

I'm noticing now that the reviews that were placed after my mix have not appeared, but there is no longer an option to write a review for those games. I'm not sure that this isn't just a coincidence, but is anyone else experiencing this?

Edit to add: I'll take your silence as a "no." :)

Just to confirm my suspicions, a few minutes ago I wrote a review *before* rating it on my mix (for Tyrian 2000), and it was published immediately, so I'm calling this a bug and sending off an email.

Got this this morning:

"Hello, thank you for noticing and letting us know, we will investigate this bug.
Regards,
Natalia
GOG.com Support"

Unfortunately, I took the time to write a review for Stargunner, and it accepted the rating, and deleted my review (even though it hadn't been on my mix yet). Clearly there is more than one problem with the review system.
I just have the same problem for reviewing edna&harvey.
This bug hasn't been solved.

Tried to review Aqua Kitty and the review vanished as well. Just as my review of Volgar the Viking had...
:(
Perhaps you rated to low, and hit the auto delete low reviews to NOT hurt sales script?

Sorry sorry, the conspiriacy theorist in me there :D

If 5 stars is low these days ;)
(though I think I gave Volgarr a 3)

I've written several reviews lately and they never show up so I'm going to avoid wasting my time now. :) I really wish GOG would hire a highly skilled web developer who is dedicated to fixing issues of posts getting lost on the forums, reviews, and other parts of the website as it seems to be a very very common ongoing issue. ;/
Heard back from support. They asked me to please send them the review that vanished so they could check it...
If it existed, I wouldn't need to contact them now, would I :)

LOL!
Same here: 3 reviews written, one being weeks ago. None showing up :(
Oh well....
Wrote one for The Shivah today. The site ate it. This isn't the first time I have seen this bug either. I had at least one other review never show up recently. So, I guess this bug remains outstanding.

I pasted my review that never made it onto the site into the Shivah thread so you can read it there if you like.

Short version: I liked the game and especially the story it tells.
They've had job postings for web developers, so hopefully they hire some new people that have time to fix the various broken aspects of the website like this sometime before too long. It can be frustrating spending time writing something for both GOG.com's benefit and other customers and having it thrown out due to broken software. I'd just recommend not writing reviews for now and they'll most likely revamp the system at some point when it is a priority, probably during a full site overhaul I am guessing.
This is one of the things that I've noticed. I reviewed some games earlier. My work written work didn't come up. What gives? I've been wondering the same thing.
