I'm wondering if there is a prepaid solution to getting games on GOG, I have a Paypal account but every solution I've looked into for putting money into my Paypal actually requires something like activation fees (first time is ok, but now I heard activation fees each month when I only wanna use the card ONCE), so is there any prepaid way to get games on GOG. I do wanna get more PC games here but it seems like there really is no prepaid solutions for anything other than GFWL and Impulse. Any at all?

The card I've got is almost free ($0.30 per two years of use) - Any deposits are free from fees when I am doing them in bank office.

Buh? Wha?

If you have a checking account, then you can link your PayPal to it and it automatically deducts the money from your account, there's no need to "preload" money into it.

That "activation fee" is like thirty cents, is only done once, and they do that to verify that the bank account you're linking actually exists. They refund the money as soon as possible.
At least in Germany there are no Activation fees for Paypal at all. You can activate your bank account in order to remove the limt (which is definitely high enough if you only want to buy games from gog, like 2000$ or so). And you have to activate your account if you want to pay via direct debit from your bank account using gog, but that doesn't work for me for some reason, so i use the prepaid method.
And there are not even any fees to activate your account, paypal transfers a few cent to your account and you have to tell how much you received.
So Paypal Prepaid Method works perfectly fine for me. I only have to pay attention that i always have some money on my account, so that i don't miss an interesting sale.
Maybe it's different in the USA, but i don't think so.
Get a girlfriend with a bank account.
Why not use a normal credit card? Or are you not trusted with one?

StingingVelvet: Get a girlfriend with a bank account.
Or, less long term problematic (:D), a friend with access to a credit card. Gender is irrelevant.

Think of it as drunken insurance. A girlfriend might not understand your position on "I was drunk, I don't know who the hell that girl was". A friend might fist bump you at the very least.
