G-Doc: It was released on December 21, 1994. Back then the sales peak, as well as popularity peak, didn't happen as quick as nowadays. Not that many people got to play RoTT in the year of its release. To most gamers RoTT is a game of 1995 :-)

Tarhiel: Ah, thank´s for clarification. Nonetheless, I still think you should stick with the year of release :)
Or just say mid-nineties ;-)
I'm guessing the pre-order offer lasts until the game is released? I don't see a "offer ends" date anywhere.

That is a given, but can you preorder it tommorow? The day before release? On the release day but before the actual release?

Antimateria: Does Rott have some mouse support? If it does not Well it is free! =)

Edit: free for me.. let me suck your nasty toes. ^^
RoTT (using the opengl port) has mouse look, but it's very wonky and quite inexact from my experience. Probably something to do with the fact that it has a modified Wolfenstein engine, not the build engine.

It will be anytime before it is released
Shall this game use a 'tried and trusted' engine, like Unreal Engine 3, so to speak, or shall it use an entirely new engine... devised for this game?

Pre-ordered either way!
:)
It's unreal 3 engine I think

It is indeed the Unreal Engine 3(There is no such thing as Unreal 3, atleast that has been officialy announced yet).
Is there an expansion waiting in the wings, or a full new installment on the horizon?
@gog when do we find out who won the additional $9.99 game??
Not sure if posted already, but ROTT's level editor will have a "classic mode" that allows levels to be played as if it's the original game.

Pretty cool.
Dang, I was going to pre-order this but I have a Radeon 3820. Is it possible I can downgrade some graphic setting to make it run, or is minimum literally that and I would be wasting my time?

This is awesome. I was wondering if they were going to hide a classic style level in the game or something. Having an editor that lets you make them is even better.
