Hi,

I'm trying to find a game I really liked as a kid. Unfortunately I can't remember too much from it, but I assume this is a place with lots of older gamers, so maybe I'm lucky! :)

I think this must have been around 1990, give or take a couple of years. I vaguely remember flying a fighter plane/spacecraft around in streets in a city seen directly from above in red/grey colours. I think you had various missions and one usually had to get quickly from point A to B. Kind of like GTA1 in the future perhaps? Must have been shooting involved as well though.

Does this ring a bell to anyone?

Was it Traffic Department 2192? It's freeware now.

You idiots! He clearly said the game came out in the early 1990s, NOT 2192!
Jeeze, stupid people! :P

On a serious note I'm not finding a legit legal download site for it.

That actually looks pretty right! I seem to remember the "streets" more crammed, but perhaps that feeling comes with some speed on the fighter. Anyway the faces of the pilots and the names seem familiar. I'll have to try it out.
