robpastyvoigt: I ordered the Interplay bundle when it was still on sale, but got an error at a certain point during the paypal pay process. My paypal account was charged, but the games never showed up in my GOG account. I've e-mailed support and contacted them through the support form on the site... it's been over a week and I've had no response of any kind. Any help?
I'm really sorry about this - the delay resulted from a miscommunication between me and my colleague, and me giving this ticket low priority while having a ton of stuff to take care of lately... I won't go into more detail but, basically, it's entirely on me.

I have processed your order manually a few minutes ago and will investigate this further with our payment operator, as we've never encountered this particular payment error before.
