Weee, arguments!
So the N64 wasn't really me cup of tea because of the novelty of 3D. It was daaaamn ugly, and this without flame intended. I prefered the 2D games back then... even if the 3D had to start someday, that wasn't something which had amaze me. I had a lot of fun of some games though, like Mario 64 :)
Sorry if I never played some classics, I just never possessed a N64.
SNES <3. Mostly because lots of RPG games and awesome 2D graphics. Final 6, Chrono Trigger...

You're totally wrong, namely because I'm a Sega fan and the Genesis, Saturn, and Dreamcast despite their flaws, are all better than the N64.

Maybe it's not the only console worth owning. But It's the one I still play often with my friends (SSB and Mario Kart 64 will never die)

I agree with Weclock and everybody above. Before creating a topic, think about a little bit more content for it.
N64, huh? Got it at home, still play StarFox and Ocarina of Time on it (not to mention fantastic Perfect Dark and Goldeneye) but I think that nothing makes it the only console worth having. Most of the consoles have got remarkable titles released on them and that makes them worth owning. C'mon, Dreamcast had good games (Psssst, Shenmue!!!!!!).
And remember, N64 had some really atrocious titles, Superman 64, anyone?
So in the end it all comes down to personal preference and hey, current gen consoles are great but it's good to come back too good old N64 from time to time ;]

You fool! PSP is the only console worth buying. And ONLY because it has Ultimate Ghosts'n Goblins. I'm KingofGnG, so this has been a mandatory purchase :-P
Ok, just joking, PC uber alles and death to all the consoles out there! :-P
