I've had the "new msg" flag in the upper right of the site every time I've logged in for the past few weeks, ever since I received a reply on a support question I sent in. I've read the message multiple times (i.e.: it's no longer new) but the marker is still there every time.
Any idea why this would be happening?

There's a known bug with the My Emails section that results with the "new msg" notification being stuck. It would be great if you could contact our Support, as it's a pretty rare bug and we're still gathering info on that :)
edited: bugs bugs bugs, seems there was there was a small problem with forum engine - I believe two messages might be lost from this page (our previous answer about this problem and one post from Weclock - sorry for that!
