It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

OK -- if none of the above worked, then get your motherboard manual, and double-check all connections and component seating.

Even if you've forgotten to plug in one of the power connections (as I did once), the PC might start, but not actually work properly.

Finally, if you're sure that everything has been connected up properly, you *might* just have a faulty motherboard, even if new.

You might want to try all the components on an other pc, and try known good components on the new one. This kind of thing can be hard to debug in situ and impossible remotely. You might need to ask someone around you for help, friend, family or someone at work. Be sure to reward them in some way, if they won't accept money than beer and pizza is accepted by most tech geeks.

Some might ask for money upfront, don't be offended but understand that most tech geeks get asked to look at a lot of system and there's comes a point where we have to charge some people. For example I charge at least $50 for anyone who is not a close friend, close colleague , or close family.
I'm guessing this is a new build, if so please try using the iGPU without the discreet card installed and try booting
into the BIOS that way.

Please give us an update when you can,

News. Neutral ones. Ive installed win 8.1 so comp works without entering bios. It also has no colours. Only black and white. :/

Okay, good. Progress.
Now, are you (still?) using the iGPU or are you using your discreet card?
Could you tell us the full details of motherboard and CPU (make/model/CPU type)? That might help make the diagnosis a bit easier! :-)
Colours are fixed now-installed new drivers. Bios doesnt start though. Motherboard- msi power z97

Power suply evga supernova 1300
Core i7 4790k
As far as I can tell, I believe this particular motherboard has a switch to change BIOS.

If I'm correct, have you tried accessing the second BIOS?

Yes . Both are not working. Ive pulled the cmos switch. No effect
OK -- running out of ideas here!

I suppose you could always try taking it back to bare bones, just to rule anything else out. That is, one stick of RAM, and no drives or other devices attached (apart from display and keyboard), just to see if you can get into the BIOS.

Maybe have a look at this one:

according to:

http://www.ami.com/ami_downloads/Aptio_V_Status_Codes.pdf (I assume you are using AMI bios according to other sources)

This means Start of Setup

As it looks like you already tried to clear the bios (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=10da2eaccd635bac698ab7633aab6116&topic=31222.0)

Just as a wierd suggestion as too: http://www.overclock.net/t/1501047/msi-z97-mpower-9c-error-code

Maybe it even applies to you......keyboard or mouse.....

As mostly the first check is, fail on no keyboard detected......

So in other words, in all your attempts to enter the bios, did you use the onboard graphik-card or an extra installed one.

I had some problems with this myself. You might have connected to the wrong port.

But to check out, if you press del, are the lights for NUM-LOCK, CAPS-lock being switch on/off if you press the corresponding keys?
