In the coming months, due to real life duties, I won't have a lot of free time. This isn't the end of my time on Steam/GOG, but what little time I have for gaming will be focused on WoW. So I figured I'd geek out one last time, and do a little tribute.

A few years back, there was this epic PS3 ad that featured a bunch of characters from the platform.

So I've decided to do my own, of characters I've encountered on pc, from my time gaming on GOG/Steam (2012-2014).

It'd be awesome to do a flash animation of one for GOG.

And my name isn't Michael, just think of it as a placeholder name.

Feel free to do your own tribute of games you've played, and post away.

Here is mine:

[A group of adventures approach a tavern in the middle of a forest. Their cloaks are covered with snow.]

[to his companions]Ranger: "Alright, stay calm now."

[Upon entering, they leave their swords, staves, and other fantasy weapons with a coat clerk.]

[to the clerk] Ranger: "Ma'm."

[The group enters the main hearth area, where various video game characters are sitting around, chatting, drinking, and hanging out]

[to the Avatar from Ultima] Cole Phelps: "...at the Hall of Records, hunting the Black Dahlia killer. Next thing I know, the chandelier is about to crash. I'm swinging like a rag doll above the ground below, just trying to hang on."

[to Bruce Wayne] Revan: "...the galaxy was at war. The Republic on the verge of collapse. When only a few aided me, and many wanted me dead..."

[Revan force lifts a beer mug to himself and ignites a blue lightsaber.]

Revan: "...He brought out my good side."

Geralt of Rivia: "I'm telling you the Northern Kingdoms are changing. You do what you have to. I'm no hero, but whatever good I've done, it was him."

Delphine: "In the time after Oblivion had open. When the sons of Skyrim would spill their own blood. When no Nord dared stand up to Alduin...he did."

[Ranger drums his fingers on a wooden table before looking up.]

[to everyone] Ranger: "Kuldahar! Buried in that god forsaken pass. If I lay there, I may die. But if I get up, the Kobalds will make sure there's no maybe about it. Then one man lead us through..."

[Ranger punches his fist in the air.]

Ranger: "...Michael!"

Cole Phelps: "Michael."

Delphine: "Michael."

Booker Dewitt: "When Comstock stole my daughter!"

Laura Croft: "When I washed up on the island!"

Sara Lyons: "When the tale of humanity refused to come to a close!"

Roland: "Crimson Raiders, at the ready!"

[Ruin (from Darksiders) lets out a cry]

All characters: "To Michael! To Michael! To Michael!"

Bartender: "For all he does! For all of us! To Michael!"

[Bartender puts my picture on a wall covered with many others]

All characters: "To Michael! To Michael! To Michael!"

Thanks GOG and the community for this gaming experience. I shall return.

That was a good ad. I can't do the same but mine would be more about characters drinking to their God, General or Emperor.
