I just want to run it trough with you guys, if i buy for example Giants: Citizen Kabuto and i have two computers home may i install it on both computers to LAN? So i can have a friend over to play it with me or with my wife on only one copy? Or do i have to make up an a second account to buy all the game again for my self to install on the second computer? I'm in a moral dilemma here, so i want your honest opinion.
AFAIK you can install the game on all pc's in your household, so it should be no problem.
This issue would be covered in the EULA you get with the game I imagine - but GOG may have a blanket policy - anyone got a link to anything about this?

GOG are nice guys. Proof. I say this should be the norm, really.
Can I install one game both on my laptop and desktop PC at home?
Yes. We are not limiting the number of installations or re-installations as long as you are installing your purchased game on PCs in your household. So yeah, if you've got a render-farm in the basement, you might actually break the world record for the number of legal Fallout installations in one household. However, if you think about installing your game on a friend's PC or sharing it with others then please don't do it, okay?

i so want to break that record... anyone know what the current record is ^^;
that is such a fantastic policy.
i'm just going to sit back for a minute and admire how much common sense that makes.
in the midst of all of this "3 installs or system modifications and you're out!" nonsense, GOG's EULA really shines like a gem.
the whole "warm and fuzzy" feeling i'm having for GOG is a little overwhelming. i haven't felt this adoring towards a distributor / vendor since manifesto games. i think i need some air.

Yes, I love that warm feeling too.
And I love how they so GENTLY ASK for us not to share the game with friends and stuff...
