GameRager: I said 3, count em THREE copies. But to be fair one of em is kinda scratched up and doesn't work good. Still.......

I wonder if extra torrent backup copy in addition to the legally purchased copies counts in my totals?

hedwards: Does that include the GBA version? It's legitimately free for download now.
Daikatana has a GBA version? Is it the same game and graphics style, just on a smaller screen? Or is it a different game/gameplay style?

Gamerlord: "What game made monsters fear you?"

Dungeon Keeper? Can't think of a Lucasarts game....
That kind of looks like the font used in Diablo.

That was my thought, but what Bullfrog games would fit the other hints?

If we get Bullfrog I might just have to do my impression of a Bieber fan.

Delixe: +1 for Dungeon Keeper. Those imps were certainly shit-scared of me or I would give them the back of my hand.
What about Overlord? I know the monsters fear me in that all the time. Well fear AND idolize.

Much more idolize than fear in Overlord. "FOR YOU!!! FOR THE MASTER!!!"

The GBA version isn't too bad. It's a bit like the old school Zelda adventures.

Hmm, I thought it was a legitimate download, but can't find any references to say one way or the other.

EDIT: And I guess it was a GBC game, not GBA, but still.

I think they were too braindead or psychotic to fear me, tbh....still, it WAS fun watching them burn in water and scream in agony. Also burning the village at the beginning house by house. Mwahahahahaha!

Psst, Bullfrog and their back catalog were bought out by EA.

The background even looks like a bit like the Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction box art (much blurred).

But it can't be blizzard, they have their own store....
And they never released any wild west games or games that dealt with your past....

The first Sam and Max game? They were chasing Bigfoot in that one (IIRC), that counts a a monster, right?

IIRC they allied with bigfoot in the end, and he never really feared them if my memory serves me right.

I reckon the typeface plays a part here. That's definitely not a font I'd associate with Sam & Max.

wodmarach: needs a sequel and is far too short?? I agree!
Actually I think it's one of the few adventure games that gets it right. It has a story to tell and it does just that. No extra stuff added for length just an amazing story very well told.

I wonder how a sequel would be? The story is after all finished. Would feel strange if they made a new story or somehow continued the old one.
Something I'd like though is another game that copied the gameplay. Loads of fun trying to get the tunes right. :)
