shazb0t: I made an impulse buy, and submitted a support ticket last night to ask for a refund (I haven't downloaded any of the stuff I paid for yet). How long does support usually take to get back to people for stuff like this?
They're a bit swamped at the moment--lots of new customers and tons and tons of games sold--so it will probably on the longer side of 72 hours, but rest assured they will get back to you.
