Howdy,
So I've started using Playfire from GMG and now I've got $5.6 worth of GMG Credit to spend. So can anyone tell me what should I get in that price? Steam only please. Or, if there is something marvelous in under $10 tell me about that also. Right now I'm eyeing Painkiller: Redemption (looks fine but too many neg reviews) and Antisquad (pos reviews but i dunno). I don't like RPG's (umless its a light one with other aspects too) so that's that, and no Match 3's and Strict Puzzle either (though puzzle adventure/action/platformers are ok).
I'd search myself but clearly their game discovery system sucks, if you open 'hot deals' page you go to the one for 'coming soon', links don't go where they're supposed to and search results are a maximum of 5 pages.
Thanks in advance for all your help.

Bear in mind that Ubisoft's stuff is UPlay keys only though - not Steam.

As for the price range, there's only two games of note if the OP doesn't want to wait for a sale: Jet Set Radio and Dark Void Zero. Both very good games, although bear in mind that Dark Void Zero does use SecuROM DRM in addition to Steam's CEG.

not everything, some older series afaik steamwork, but yes newer titles are uplay forgot about that. to make it sure dont forget to check the platform on the right corner beside the large screen shoot. it should visible if the game using steam or other drm or on the lower most case of system req

Nope - Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes is Steam.
I'm not familiar with GMG, but in the past Borderlands 1 was under 10$.
On Humble Bundle Weekly there's Mark of the Ninja at the 10$ mark (along with other 7 games). This game alone is worth 10$ IMHO.

Any way to be notified when there's a sale?

Useful? Yes. Easy to use? Hell no! Maybe its just me but its impossible to properly browse deals from there something always seems to be going wrong. Again, maybe just me.
they usually inform it on email or the tweet ( t0 clarified, they here refer to gmg )

You're not supposed to browse the site (IMO), you can make an account and add games to your waitlist with options such as price, percentage off and from which stores. When a game on your waitlist hits those triggers you get an e-mail.
So yes, it's you. ;)

Thanks all for helping me. I guess I'll wait for a week & if no sale comes up I'll get Jet Set Radio.
