Yes, try 275.27. You can likely get the scaling options to show up with some fiddling but they seem to have fixed the issues for me at least with the latest beta drivers.

Foxhack: Uh, maybe not tube monitors, but my 1080p LCD monitor has VGA and DVI. :p

Also, the scaling options for NVidia's video drivers -never showed up- for me on Windows XP. They only did on Widnows 7.
Ahh well the OP mentions hes using win7 64bit. If he is indeed using a vga connection though scaling won't be possible.
Using DVI to connect to my 1080p monitor.

Ran the game in administrator mode, it works all of a sudden, but is now stretched rather than 4:3.

Better than nothing! Still a shame
nVidia's fixed aspect ratio scaling has been broken forever in my experience. It doesn't work over HDMI at all and it works only somtimes on DVI. Luckily my monitor has its own fixed aspect ration scaling option.

Side note, Fallout Tactics has a high resolution patch made by the community I believe. Check No Mutants Allowed, the Fallout fansite. Google it, the address is something weird.
