I have two problems!

1. I have an old version of the downloader, but it won't accept my login inf and neither will it access the change password facility; so, I am locked out:
2. The link to the downloader site seems to be broken, so I cannot download another version.

Can anyone help?

The Air version has been disconnected at this point. Did the link from your profile not allow you to download the new downloader?

Here is the current downloader:

I just tested it and the link works fine (the downloader too).
