Hello fellow GOG'ers!
Just like all of you I like the good old games we've all played. I've a played a fair share of them back in the 90's, but there is one particular game I've been looking for an entire decade.
I remember back in 1994 / 1995 (I was 10) my older brother got the Need for Speed demo (which blew me away and became an all time favourite instantly), but at the same time he also had a demo of game which made a big impression too: but I forgot its name!!!!
So, maybe you could help me? My brother remembers the game but (unfortunately) also forgot its name. I've been searching on Moby Games for games made around 1993 - 1995 but that's like searching a needle in a haystack.
This is what I remember of it: the game takes place around the Middle Ages and you play a sort of thief, and you carry a dagger with you. You walk around a big castle (but outside the walls) and you have to climb several walls to get inside the castle. Your character encounters soldiers which you have to defeat with your dagger. If I remember correctly you also encounter shops in the outer walls where you can buy weapons / armory etc.
The game is 2D platform game (like Sonic or Duke Nukem 1, where you see and move your character sideways) and it has spoken dialogue (that's what impressed me too)!! I also remember the game takes place in during night.
Does this ring a bell to someone? I would be very grateful! Thanks people!
