Hi,
This is my first day here and purchase as well (well, according to my Visa).
I tried to purchase Fallout from the site, but since Visa has a new "Verified by" thingy, I had to go through that thing to finish my transaction.. and somehow I think it screwed up the communication with Gog.com somehow.
I can see in my Visa transactions that I was indeed charged by the amount, but can't see the game in my account, so I can't download it.
Now, I'm sure I'll be able to fix this with the great guys here, but was wondering if this is a new issue, or if anyone else experienced it before?
Thanks.
Regards,
M

Aye, did that already.
I also discovered that this issue might be caused by a bug from the "Verified by Visa" side of things. My CC bank didn't see the transaction after I called them either.
I first thought that looking through the "Verified by Visa" website was enough to confirm a transaction but seems I was mistaken. Makes you wonder why they call it "Verified by visa" lol
Anyways.. I mentioned this to GoG.com and apologized for my mistake (well, Verified by Visa's) and will retry once this has all been cleared up.
So, in short, the problem isn't GoG.com :) (good news indeed).

M

I had the same problem until just a moment ago. I think what it is is the first time you do the verified by visa thing, it doesn't bother to do the transaction. So you put in your card details again and this time enter your password and this time it goes through without a problem and the game is in my download list now.
I had to put my transaction through many times before it took.. Keep a close eye on your credit card bill.
will do.
Thanks for the input and clarification. Seems VbV needs to clear up a few bugs ;p
