paypal became active in my country about 6 months ago, and there are still some problems with it... so I'm kinda avoiding it...

I don't think people can gift each other steam wallet codes though... The best thing is that someone send you a Gamestop code that can be redeemed as steam wallet, but that American codes work on European Steam? Other than that you can sell those keys on the market market till you get round 5 $ or so...

well i was reffering to gamestop codes, since i don't have gamestop in my town, so I have no way of buying them... also main reason i'm trying to get one is because I want to activate my steam wallet, without that i can't buy/sell on market...

Also I didn't have any money on my wallet, yet I was able to sell all those Christmas cards, so are you sure you have to have money in wallet in order to sell?

Steam gave me a message that I had to wait like 1 month to trade and sell because I had changed my password...

No you just go to send money, then choose option Send money to family or friends, give the person's mail address and he/she will receive the amount pretty fast. I've bought two people on gog steam games and they send me paypal without any problem :)

Yeah exactly my point, that's why I go with paysafecard. They send you a code that you can redeem immediately. Or go to your local new paper shop (or where you buy credit for mobile phones), and pay for the card if you don't want to use your bank card to buy online.

EDIT: seems that you can pay with paypal even with zero balance but you need to have a CC or DC linked to your account. Paypal will just take money out of your bank account without fees I think.
