honestly I definately see your point, im kinda joking. However, some of us never get any money to buy stuff until like xmas eve etc.

Yes, I know there have been sales in the past, but over the holidays some people have more time to game as they're not at work, and also some people may get Christmas money. Also, during the winter sale, people are buying presents for others, not themselves (i.e. it was just before Christmas I think).

It just seems a prime time to have a sale like the shops do (and steam), so others may go there with their Christmas pennies instead.

I prefer to get games on GOG, but quite like sales too, so was dissapointed that GOG hasn't got one. My understanding is that the current sale is for one publisher and a certain type of game (action). That's not my bag, but the steam sale has games I'm going to buy because the prices are much higher here :-(

Maybe just a thought for next year.
