I'm not getting that error, but some people are. Try Gydion's solution from that thread.

The heartbleed bug affected most sites on the Internet, so after GOG patched their server to make it immune to the bug they made themselves a new SSL certificate, just to be safe (and revoked their old one, naturally). From what I gather, some browsers (IE11, Maxthon) are reacting a bit oddly to the fact that the certificate changed.
