I can't draw, but you may want to ask your sister's for details on clothes so she doesn't end up dressed in a robot exoskeleton or something. ;)

You know about the 3D printing service for WOW characters right?

There's also some sort of 3D mod engine that will render your WOW character with whatever gear you choose, people use it to make those animated signature banners you see all over the forums.

Yes, but the sad truth is that all the characters in game looks the same, and that was her biggest complain to me :D

I always prefer a drawn picture, than a print of a model. I know this is a stretch, yeah..

Find her character on eu.battle.net/wow, get a piece of paper on top of the screen, and draw over the character?

(have no idea how to draw)

I have opened my WoW:Boardgame and my memory was correct, there is a female human warlock hero, Sandrai Darkshine. Google will show you pictures of her, maybe a bit of Photoshop to make the image more personal and there you go.

Better than nothing, I suppose.

The short answer is no. The long answer is I'm alright when I try to draw anime character's heads but I've never tried to draw them on anything bigger than a small pad of paper. I can't draw bodies very well (especially hands). I could give it a shot if I had an actual image of her character and not a description. You might find someone better on Detlik's thread though.
