Thanks Charon121, please count me in.

Feature that I enjoy: In-game lore. I like reading text in the game, even if it's just background flavor. It makes the game seem much richer and less abstract.
I'm in for Misteryo please !

I enjoy "die & retry" games like Hero Siege, it's terribly repetitive but I can't quit the game on a fail, so I retry again & again...
Not in, but +rep and I get what you mean with the monotony. Sometimes I like to turn my brain off and take on some repetitive task for hours on end. There's something curiously soothing to be found in repetition and routine.
One more day left, so enter while you can!
not in! & +1! :D
Thanks for your generosity, Charon!

Please, count me in for JMich, if I may. ;)

I spend a great deal of time properly organizing my inventory in RPGs. When the game gives me the possibility of using several "pockets" on my carrying bag, I painstakingly sort all my items by its respective categories. :D

Not in but many thanks.

Years ago I usually spent hours on Windows' Mines, trying to lower my records, then I recovered from this affliction...

Remember that Triple Triad game from FF8? I think many considered it boring, but I thought it was fun and the music was really good!
Triple Triad is the best mini game. It even has its own sidequest. You can still play it on some flash gaming websites. I love it.

I'm not in by the way.
If we can enter for others, I'd enter for JMich also. I hardly ever see him enter giveaways and he's a treasure trove of GOG related info.

As for the 2nd part to your question, I really don't know. If I find it enjoyable, I don't understand why others don't :). I like fed ex quests, organizing inventory, crafting, exploring every nook and cranny in open world games and even some that are not, conquering city after city or planet after planet in SMAC, MoM, MoO, Civ type games, etc.
I find games like DOTA boring but many many others love them.

Your reply post to 01kipper sounds just like me too. Do people really find that stuff boring :)? Character creation is awesomely fun!
Thank you Charon121! I'm in.
One thing that was really dull, was the long driving in "18 wheels of steel".
Apart from the occasional police chase, all you have to do is go full throttle, steer alittle to the left, a little to the right and so on until you reached your destination and unloaded the cargo.
So dull but I never hired anyone else to do this job for me. I always drove every cargo myself.

Heh, I'm late, but still thanks for the great giveaway! :)

I like micro-management in strategy games like Civilization. I also like many of the things others have already mentioned, like exhaustive exploration or talking to every NPC. I think some people find these things dull, but it's certainly wrong to call something like that objectively boring :)

Congrats to the winner! :)
