Hey, dudes and dudettes. You guys are probably all very aware of this little nugget of truth™, but if you're not, then there is a high res patch for arcanum, and multiple unofficial patches that fix various typo's and stuff :) There's already a thread regarding this topic on the Arcanum page, but I thought I would mention it here as well, just to be on the safe side.
